    *Whole Wheat Flour, 3/4 cup + 3-4 tbsp
    Milk, nonfat, 1/2 cup
    Applesauce, unsweetened, 1.4 cup
    Banana, fresh, 2 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long)
    Salt, 1/8 tsp
    Baking Powder, 1.5 tsp
    *Splenda No Calorie Sweetener, 1/2 cup
    Vanilla Extract, 1 tsp
    Egg, fresh, 1 large


Mix dry ingredients. Mix wet ingredients, then add together. Cook for 12 minutes in Redi-Set-Go.
