Ingredients

    4 lbs ground lean turkey
    1 30 oz can black beans
    1 27 oz can pinto beans
    1 12 oz package of frozen SW style corn
    2 8 oz cans tomato sauce
    1 28 oz can crushed tomatoes
    1 14.5 oz can diced tomatoes with chilis (Rotel style)
    1 cup vegetable stock
    1/4 cup blackstrap molasses
    1/2 cup HEB San Antonio Chili seasoning
    2 TBSPN cayenne pepper

Directions

Brown the meat in a skillet, and then combine all the ingredients in a large crock pot. Cook on high for 4 hours. Serve hot with either cornbread or rice.
