    40 oz. bag frozen chicken tenders, thawed
    5 T. butter
    1 1/4 c. flour
    3 t. paprika
    2 t. salt
    1/2 t. pepper


Melt butter in shallow baking pan. Mix dry ingredients together. Coat chicken with dry ingredients. Place in baking pan. Bake at 425 degree for 30 minutes. Turn and cook 15 minutes longer.

Makes 7 servings (about three tenders per serving).
