    2 lbs ground venision
    2 cans red beans
    1 oz can tomato sauce
    1/8 cup wheat flour
    *chili powder
    *onion powder
    *garlic powder

    *to taste. For calculations used 1-2 tsp of each


Set crockpot/slow-cooker to low heat for 7 hours

Add red beans & tomato sauce plus 2 cans of water to the crockpot.

Brown ground venision and drain- add to bean & water mixture.

Add in spices as desired and 1/8 cup flour to thicken.

cover and cook 7 hours on low heat- stir occasionally.
