    1 12 oz can tuna in water
    1 medium apple (cored and chopped)
    1 tsp garlic salt
    1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
    1/8 cup pickle relish
    3 tbsp light mayonnaise


Blend all ingredients in a small bowl.

Serve as is, or with crackers, bread, etc...
