    Whole Wheat Spaghetti, 16 oz
    Chicken Breast, no skin, 12 ounces
    *Lemon Zest, 2 tbsp
    *Mini Bell Peppers, 9 serving
    Milk, nonfat, 1 cup
    Basil, 2 tbsp
    Butter, unsalted, 1 tbsp
    Olive Oil, 1 tbsp
    Wondra flour, 1 tbsp
    Pepper, black, 1 tsp
    *Kosher salt, 1 tsp
    Garlic powder, 1 tsp


Preheat oven to 450 degrees

Bake chicken (coated with sprayed olive oil or pam, seasoned with garlic powder, salt, and pepper for 15-20 min

Boil a pot of salted water

Cut bell peppers into strips

When chicken is done, slice into strips

Add pasta to boiling water

Heat a pan to medium heat and saute peppers in butter, then add wondra and milk, then chicken and lemon zest, and simmer on low

Drain pasta when done and then combine with sauce, drizzle olive oil on top right before serving
