    4 pkg dry yeast
    3.5 cups warm water
    1.5 cup sugar
    1.5 tbsp salt
    14 cups white flour
    6 large eggs
    1 cup canola oil


Preheat oven to 250 degrees. Mix all ingredients in Kitchen Aid stand mixer, using dough hook. Add flour or water if necessary. Turn off oven. Place bowl in oven covered with towel, and let rise for 2 hours. Preheat oven to 375. Separate into 8 loaves. Separate each loaf into 3 parts, and roll into snakes. Braid 3 snakes and place on tray after spraying with oil. Bake for 30-45 minutes.
