    Baby Lima beans, Speckled butter beans, black eye peas, corn, okra, tomatoes, potatoes, onion, carrots, cabbage, salt black and cayenne pepper, green beans


Put frozen beans in large pot with water, bring to a boil and cook until almost done about 30-45 minutes. Add carrots, potatoes, onions and cabbage, and tomatoes; cook about 45 minutes. Add salt and peppers, also add corn and green beans and okra. Cook for another 30 minutes or so until all vegetables are done. Makes more than 10 1-cup servings.
