    2 bonless skinless chicken breast
    1 shallot minced
    1 M Granny smith apple
    1 t dry thyme or 1 T of fresh thyme
    1/4 c. basalmic vinegar


Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Rinse chicken and pat dry. Spray baking dish with canola spray. Sprinkle chicken with salt and pepper. Arrange apples over the chicken and cover with remaining ingredients. Back 15-20 minutes.
