    2 lbs Grass Fed ground round
    1/4 cup skim milk
    1 organic free range brown egg, medium
    1/4 cup seasoned bread crumbs
    1 teaspoon sea salt
    1 Tablespoon fresh Ground pepper
    1/2 medium sweet onion chopped into small pieces
    1/4 cup ketchup (split into 2 equal parts)
    1 tablesppon orageno
    1 teaspoon worchester sauce


mix all ingredients , except 1/2 of the ketchup.
Place mixture into a bread pan and top with remaing ketchup.

Bake at 350-375 for about an hour depending on oven.
Grass fed beef tends to cook more quickly.
