Introduction

Ingredients

    - 2 small cans tuna packed in oil
    - 1 16 oz. can white beans, rinsed and drained
    - 1/2 small red onion, diced
    - 1/2 yellow pepper, diced
    - 1/2 cucumber, diced
    - handful of kalamata olives, diced
    - about 1/4 cup capers
    - juice of 1 small lemon + zest
    - generous shake of McCormick's Lemon Pepper seasoning
    - about a teaspoon of minced garlic

Directions

Combine ingredients, draining some oil from tuna or adding additional oil for desired wetness.

* Feta and diced tomato are two nice additions, if you're looking to add a Greek touch to the dish.
