    4 Whole Wheat Tortillas
    1 large boneless, skinless chicken breast
    1/2 cup black beans
    1/4 cup chopped Onion (
    1/4 cup chopped red peppers
    1/2 cup Salsa
    1 cup low fat Cheddar Cheese
    *100% Extra Virgin Olive Oil Cooking Spray
    salt to taste
    hot sauce to taste

    toppings of your chioce


Stir fry chicken, onion and vegetables.
When chicken is done, add black beans and salsa.
Add salt and hot sauce to taste.
Heat thoroughly.
Add chicken mixture to 1/2 of a tortilla. Add cheese and fold in half.
Fry on in non-stick skillet in cooking spray until cheese is melted and browned on both sides.
Serve with your choice of toppings.
