    1.5lbs boneless skinless chicken breast
    4 cups cabbage
    2 cups of carrots
    2 cups of broccoli
    2 cups of cauliflower
    1.5 cups of onions
    .75 cups of celery
    14 cups of chicken broth (fat-free, reduced sodium)
    1 T poultry seasoning
    2 T garlic powder
    1 t Thyme
    .5 t ground black pepper


1. Throw broth, chicken and spices into large stock pot and bring to a boil and then simmer until chicken is cooked through.

2. Remove chicken and allow to cool. Meanwhile, add remaining ingredients, bring to boil again and then simmer until vegetables are soft. When chicken is cool, shred and return to pot.

Makes 10 2 cup servings.
