    ground turkey, lasagne noodles, ricotta,mozzarella, prego sausage & garlic sauce, salt, pepper, garlic, oregano, bell pepper, oinion, mushroom


Dice half of an onion, half of a bell pepper and 3/4 cup of mushrooms,chopped fresh spinach. sautee in olive oil til transluscent. add turkey to the pan. season ground turkey w salt, pepper, and garlic; sautee til cooked through. Drain all the fat and olive oil. Add 2 jars of prego and 5 julienned basil leaves to the veggie and turkey pan. Simmer for 15 mins. Put some sauce in your pan under the first layer of noodles. Layer noodles, then ricotta, the meat sauce, then mozzarella....repeat until your pan is full. Bake 30 mins at 350 (uncovered)
