    2 Chicken Breast
    7 tbsp KC Masterpiece Classic Blend BBQ sauce
    Sara Lee Soft & Smooth White Whole Grain Burger Buns
    Salt and pepper (optional)


Put chicken in crock pot with a half cup of water, just enough to cover the bottom. Stick chicken breast in for about an hour on low. Pull the chicken breast out of the crock pot. Remove any fat from the outside. And pull apart the meat with two forks, along the grain of the meat. Remove the fat and water from the crock pot. Throw the chicken back in along with the BBQ sauce. If desired, add a dash of salt and pepper. Make sure the chicken is completely coated with the sauce so it can soak up all the flavor! Let the crock pot cook on low for another 3-4 hours, or until the tenderness you desire. When the chicken is done, place a half cup on the Sara Lee buns. Enjoy! Total cook time is up to you, our crock pot made did perfect for 4 hours.
