    36g oats
    8 g walnuts
    1/8 tsp pumpkin pie spice
    dash cinnamon
    dash clove
    dash nutmeg
    1/2 ripe banana, mashed well
    8 g whey protein powder
    1 container Oikos greek yogurt, honey flavored
    1 oz fat free milk


Mix dry ingredients in a bowl. In serving bowl, combine mashed banana and protein powder till powder is dissolved. Add yogurt and stir well. Finally, add milk and stir gently to combine. Add dry ingredients to mixture and stir well. Cover and refrigerate overnight, or at least 6 hours.
