Ingredients

    chicken thighs (bone & skin removed)
    red onions (1 large chopped)
    red cabbage (half a large head, shredded)
    beets (8, sliced)

Directions

chop onions, shred cabbage, slice beets and throw everything in the slow cooker and cook on high for 8-10 hrs.

    for this one i didn't add anything - most of the flavour will come from the chicken, onion, & cabbage. I know it sounds wierd, but the slow cooker preserves the taste of the ingredients really well.
