Ingredients

    4 cups chicken broth
    28oz can diced tomatoes
    15oz can cannellini beans (rinsed and drained)
    2 carrots, peeled and chopped
    1 celery stalk, chopped
    1 cup onion, chopped
    1 tsp dried thyme
    1/2 ts dried sage
    2 bay leaves
    Salt and pepper
    2 cups cooked ditalini pasta
    1 medium zucchini, chopped
    10oz frozen spinach
    1.75 cup canned peas
    4 tbs grated Parm or Romano cheese
    Basil sprigs, garnish, optional


Directions

Combine most ingredients into a slow cooker on low for 6 to 8 hours. 30 minutes before down add cooked pasta, zucchini, and spinach.
