A quick and easy recipe for classic tasty breakfast sausage patties. This recipe has a great flavor. Increase Cayenne or Black Pepper if you want more kick to it. Ingredients

    1 lb Ground Turkey
    1 tsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
    3/4 tsp Ground Ginger
    1/2 tsp Kosher Salt (Diamond Crystal)
    1 tsp Ground Sage
    1/8 - 1/4 tsp Cayenne Pepper
    3/4 tsp Ground Black Pepper

Directions

Mix all spices thoroughly and add to Ground Turkey. Add Olive Oil and mix thoroughly, using your hands works best. Let sit for about 20 - 30 minutes to give the spices a chance to meld . . . form into 1 1/2 oz to 2 oz patties and cook in skillet for about 4 minutes per side until internal temperature reaches 165 F.

Makes 8 - 12 servings (1 1/2 - 2 oz)
