Introduction

Spicy soup can be eaten without the chicken as a starter or served with Rice, Yam, Fufu, Bread rolls. Other meats can be used in place of chicken. Spicy soup can be eaten without the chicken as a starter or served with Rice, Yam, Fufu, Bread rolls. Other meats can be used in place of chicken.

Ingredients

    2 ibs chicken
    1 large onion
    2 plum tomatoes
    1 tsp cayenne pepper
    chicken/vegetable stock cubes

Directions

Chop Chicken into serving portions. Wash vegetables. Crush spices (pepper, Garlic, Ginger). Add Spices and Vegetables to Chicken in pot. add 1.5 cup water, bring to boil till vegetables are tender. take vegetables out, blend till smooth and add back. Add 2l of water and boil for 1 hour , then check Soup is ready when the water doesn't separate from rest of mixture. Makes 6 (1.5cup) servings
