    3 avocados, pitted and mashed
    1/4 cup onions, chopped
    2 tomatoes, diced
    1/2 tsp garlic powder
    1 cup cooked refried beans
    2 cups white spanish rice, cooked
    10 (6 inch) corn tortillas
    4 tbsp fresh cilantro, chopped


1. Preheat oven to 325 F.
2. In medium bowl, mix avocados, onions, tomato, salt, and garlic powder.
3. Arrange corn tortillas in single layer on large baking sheet; place in preheated oven for 2-5 minutes, until heated through.
4. Layer tortillas with rice and refried beans and top with guacamole mixture.
5. Garnish with cilantro and sprinkle with hot sauce, pepper sauce, or salsa.
