    1 c. 100% pineapple juice from canned slices
    3 slices pineapple in 100% juice
    5 large strawberries, fresh or frozen
    1/4 c. nonfat plain yogurt
    1 c. Juicy Juice mango juice
    2 T. Boku protein powder or other protein powder


Mix all together in blender until Boku protein is well blended, makes about two 12 oz smoothies.
