Ingredients

    1 1/3 c. spring water, 1/4 c. olive oil, 2 1/2 c. bread flour, 1 cup whole wheat flour, 1 1/2 tsp. salt, 2 1/2 tsp. yeast. That's all my Pizza dough requires! Make it in my bread machine, recipe makes 6 individual pizzas. Simple, wholesome and without a kakazillion kinds of sodium and preservatives! And I top it with Tinks Vegan Pizza Sauce...

Directions

Pizza bake in oven on my baking stone for 17 minutes. We also grill these pizzas outside! The prep time is misleading: I make pizza doughs separately (on different days) than my sauce, freeze in meal-size portions.
