    COOKED CHICKEN
    MUSHROOMS
    ONION
    PARSLEY
    EGG
    DRY BREAD CRUMBS

Directions

MELT BUTTER
BLEND IN FLOUR, SALT,PEPPER,CELERY SALT AND POULTRY SEASONINGS.
COOK UNTIL THICK AND BUBLY
ADD CHICKEN, MUSHROOM, ONION AND PARSLEY
- MIX VERY WELL AND SPREAD ON A SHEET PAN.
- REFRIGERATE OVERNIGHT

FORM INTO 3" LONG x 1" DIA CROQUETS
- DIP INTO EGG MIXTURE
- COAT WITH BREAD CRUMBS
- OVEN COOK AT 350 UNTIL BROWN
