    3 oz Penna pasta, regular or whole wheat
    3 oz diced thick ham
    1 cup frozen peas
    1 tsp olive oil
    1/4 cup low fat mozzarella cheese
    1/4 cup Gouda cheese
    1/2 package low fat cream cheese
    2 pats of butter
    cooking spray


Cook the pasta in salted water,the last minute add the frozen peas. don't cook the pasta all the way done.
Drain, add the cream cheese part of the other two cheeses, save some for the top.
Dice the ham and cook in the oil till crisp on the edges.add the ham and the Alfredo sauce to the pasta and peas.
Spray the casserole dish with cooking spray add the pasta , dot with the butter sprinkle with the rest of the cheese, can sprinkle bread crumbs on top if wish.
heat in oven 350, for 20 minutes or till cheese and topping is melted and golden.
Serves 6. , 1 cup each
