Great one skillet meal Great one skillet meal

    8 oz. Pork Chops, trimmed
    1 tbs. olive oil
    1 garlic clove
    1 can (2 c. canned green beans)
    Salt & Pepper to taste


Add olive oil to hot skillet. Add pork chops (tenderloin can also be used). Start browing pork chops and add onion and garlic. Once browned, pour over can of green beans (juice inclueded). Bring to boil and simmer untill meat is tender and cooked down. Can also add potatoes, mushrooms or carrots for more vegetables.
