Number of Servings: 6


    Use one box of stuffing mix and prepare according to box.
    1 Can cream of chicken soup 10 oz
    1 frozen bag of mixed vegetables
    Chicken broth
    1/4 cup dried cranberries
    Salt and Pepper to taste
    Garlic Powder to taste


6 Servings, Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Prepare stuffing according to box directions, then add 1/4 c. dried cranberries to stuffing. Slice 3 chicken breasts in to long strips and season with salt/pepper and garlic powder.
Mix frozen vegetables and cream of chicken soup together in large bowl. Spray deep casserole dish with PAM and then placed seasoned chicken strips in bottom, add vegetable mixture on top of chicken and then stuffing as the top layer. Cover and cook for 30 minutes at 400 degrees. Take cover off for the last 10 minutes of cooking.
