    6 center cut, boneless pork chops, 1 beaten egg, 2 cups dry bread crumbs, 1.2 tsp lemon pepper


Combine bread crumbs and lemon pepper in a pie pan. Beat the egg in a separate pie plate. Spray a baking pan with a cooking spray. Dip each chop in the egg wash and then in the bread crumbs, patting the bread crumb mixture onto the chop. Place the chops on the baking sheet and bake in a moderate oven (350 - 375*) for 1 hour. Serves 6

  • Awesome suggestion! If you do it the shake-n-bake way, though, it comes out a little more moist...no egg, just moisten the chops with water and bread. Then bake at 425 for like 20-25 minutes. Delicious! :-) - 6/30/11
