    Chicken breast, 8 oz. thawed & sliced
    Olive oil
    Greek seasoning
    Sliced red bell peppers, 1 cup
    Sliced onions, 1/2 cup
    Penne Pasta, 4 oz. dry
    Lowfat plain yogurt, 2 tbsp.
    Parmesan cheese, 1/4 cup


Bring water in saucepan to boil; at rolling boil add pasta, cook 11-13 minutes to desired doneness, stirring occasionally.
While pasta is boiling, slice chicken breast into 1/2 wide slices, across grain of breast.
Add olive oil to skillet, season with Greek seasoning, and cook chicken cut sides down until browned; turn and cook other sides of strips.
Slice peppers and onions, place on top of cooking chicken, and cover. Reduce heat to simmer while pasta continues to cook.
Drain pasta when done. Add to large bowl and toss with yogurt and parmesan cheese.
Place chicken & pepper mixture on top, and sprinkle with parmesan.
