    1 (14.5 oz.) can diced italian tomatoes
    1 tsp dried basil (or fresh if you got it...)
    2 tbsp Sun-Dried Tomato Pesto (found in the spaghetti section of your grocery store. Its a small glass jar. Made by "Classico" Each 1/4 serving is 90 calories)
    1/2 cup shredded 2% mozzarella cheese (80 calories per 1/4 cup)


Combine all ingrediants except cheese. Mix until well combined.
1. Put tomato mixture on top of slices of toasted baguette for an appetizer or side dish. Place a small amount on each piece of bread, top with a little cheese and put under the broiler until cheese is melted.
2. Put on top of cooked chicken. Marinate chicken in fat free italian dressing then grill or cook on stove top. Top cooked chicken with bruschetta, then cheese and put in broiler until cheese melts.
3. Toss with warm pasta. Spinkle cheese on top.
4. Anything else you can think of!
