    1 C fat free milk
    1 can corn kernals
    1 C precooked mashed potatoes
    1 can low sodium chicken broth
    1/2 C multi color bell peppers
    1/2 onion, chopped


Blend milk and 1 C corn together and set aside.

Place onion and bell pepper in a large soup pot. Saute until softened.

Add milk, corn, potatoes and broth to pan. Cook for 15 minutes.

Add shrimp. Cook another 5 minutes until heated through.
