    1 package Shirataki Tofu Noodles
    1 tsp Accent
    1 Tbs season salt
    Juice of one lemon
    2 Tbs Olive Oil
    1/4 cup chopped celery
    1/4 cup chopped green pepper
    1/4 cup onion chopped
    1/4 cup chopped black olives
    4 Tbs Light Mayo


This is an overnight marinade. Drain, wash, and cook noodles according to package. Cut into 1/4 inch pieces. Add spices, lemon juice and oil. Cover and marinate overnight or longer. After noodles have marinated, add celery, green pepper, onion, black olives and mayo. Mix well. This may be made ahead of time. Keeps well refrigerated.
