    one can pink salmon
    3 large eggs
    1/4 cup bread crumbs

    Olive oil for pan


Mix ingredeants well
Heat skillet - add 2tbs or so olive oil

scoop salmon mixture with cookie scoop - should make 20-22 small salmon cakes.
