Introduction

Ingredients

1 lbs Chicken Breast
1 Tbs Olive oil
2 cups Mushrooms, Fresh
3 cloves Garlic
2 cups Marinara Sauce
1.5 cup Spinach
.5 cup Parmesan Cheese, Grated
Directions
Cook Chicken in crock pot until it pulls apart easily (or boil)
Satuee Mushrooms and Garlic cloves in 1 tbs Olive Oil
Pour in your favorite Marinara Sauce.
Add Spinach
Mix in most of the Parmesan Cheese.
I divide the mixture up into 6 single serving crocks and sprinkle with the remaining Parmesan Cheese.
I then bake at 350 for 20 to 25 minutes.
You could cook it off in the same pan and serve from there if you'd like as well.
