Introduction

Turn your V8 drink green and hardly change the taste! A great way to add in an extra healthy portion of raw veggies. Great for a mid morning or mid afternoon snack. Ingredients

    8 oz Low Sodium V8 Juice
    2medium celery stalk
    2 cups fresh baby spinach
    1 clove garlic
    1 Tbs Flax oil (optional)
    3 slices ginger root (optional)
    2 Tbs Lemon Juice (more or less to taste)

    In addition to or instead of the above, add some of the following:
    Lime juice instead of lemon
    Fresh Parsley
    Avocado
    Red or Green pepper
    Kale

    Turn it into a green Virgin Mary by adding
    1/2 - 1 tsp Horseradish
    Splash of tobasco or dash of cayenne pepper

Directions

Chop celery into chunks, add all ingredients to blender and whirr away till smooth.
Pour into a tall glass and enjoy!
