    1 package ground turkey
    1 whole small onion (any color)
    1 can black beans (drained)
    1 jar roasted red peppers chopped/drained
    1 can diced tomatoes
    cayenne, pico de gallo, chili powder, sea salt


Saute chopped onion in a little olive oil. Add ground turkey, season and brown. Add can of diced tomatoes, black beans and chopped peppers. Taste to add seasonings if necessary. Simmer for about 15 minutes. Top with shredded low fat cheese or a dollop of low fat sour cream.
