Ingredients

    3 eggs
    1 1/2 cups sugar
    1 cup canola oil
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp ground cloves
    2 cups raw zucchini grated
    2 cips all purpose flour
    1 cup chopped walnuts

Directions

Beat eggs with sugar.
Blend in Oil. Mix in vanilla, baking soda, baking powder and salt.
Beat in cinnamon and ground cloves.
Add grated zucchini. Blend in flour. Add nuts.

Grease and flour 3 small loaf pans. Dived batter evenly. Bake at 350 for 1 hour.

When cool, wrap and keep refrigerated.
