This recipe is really easy to make. It is not so low cal, but you can take out the coconut and replace most of the oil with more applesauce to significantly cut down on calories. Ingredients

10 Cups Quick Oats
1.33 cups Canola Oil
1.33 cups brown sugar
1 cup coconut
.75 cups slivered almonds
1 cup applesauce
1.5 Tbs Vanilla extract
2 tsp Salt
Directions
Mix all of the ingredients and bake in the oven at 325 for 40-50 minutes depending on how crunchy you want it. Carefully stir the granola every 10 minutes it is cooking.
Makes around 35 1/2 cup servings.
