    1 cup oatmeal
    1 cup whole wheat flour
    1 cup 1% milk
    1/3 cup splenda brown sugar blend
    1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce (i use the all natural no sugar strawberry flavor)
    1 egg
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp salt
    1/2 tsp baking soda
    2 tbsp cinnamon
    1/4 c raisins
    1/4 c blueberries (i use natural frozen, no need to thaw)


Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Spray 12 cup muffin pan or use liners.

Pour oatmeal into bowl, add milk. Let it sit while you mix up dry ingredients. Add egg to oatmeal mixture. Stir in dry ingredients. Gently toss in raisins and blueberries. Cook about 20 minutes. All done! Delicious!
