    One Pound Ground Turkey Breast
    One Small to Medium Onion Diced
    Five slices Cheddar cheese ("singles" size slice)
    10 slices whole wheat Bread, toasted


Begin by dicing and sauteing onions in skillet with 1TBSP of Olive Oil. Salt to taste (salt not included in nutrition info).

Add Ground Turkey and cook till done.

Meanwhile, Toast Bread

Spoon Turkey/Onion mixture onto five slices of toast.

Top with slices of cheese.

Broil until cheese is melted.

Add what ever condiments or additional sandwich toppings you prefer (keep in mind they will add extra calories) and top with remaining bread.
