Introduction

Let me start by saying I HATE brussel sprouts...actually "Despise" would be a better word. But this recipe is so finger licking good I can't get enough of them - SERIOUSLY! You won't be able to either! And talk about easy? This is a good as it gets folks! Let me start by saying I HATE brussel sprouts...actually "Despise" would be a better word. Ingredients

    6 cups brussel sprouts, washed and sliced n half lengthwise
    2 Tbls EACH honey, maple syrup and olive oil
    salt and pepper to taste.

Directions

Line a broiling pan or baking pan with lip in foil for easy clean up. Preheat oven to 450.

Slice Brussel sprouts in half lengthwise and place in single layer in pan.

Drizzle with honey, syrup and oil. Bake 30 min or more-stirring occasionally- until you see a char starting to form on sprouts.

Season with salt & pepper to taste and yummm it up!
