    1 cup cooked brown rice
    6 cloves of garlic (chopped)
    1/4 + 2 tbsp cup chicken broth
    2 tbsp hoisin sauce
    4 tbsp panda west orange sauce
    2 sesame oil
    1 can baby corn (cut)
    2 heads of broccoli (crowns only)


In a wok heat oil, add garlic, broccoli & baby corn. Cook until corn & broccoli are tender. Remove from wok and put to the side. To the wok add 1/2 the chicken broth and scrape up the bits of garlic that are left in wok. Now add Hoisin, and Orange Sauce. Wisk together. Slowy wisk in chicken broth and broccoli and corn back in the wok and mix together. On a dish place 1/4 cup brown rice and top with one forth of the broccoli and corn and ENJOY!!
