Ingredients

    3/4 cup bulgur
    8 oz ground turkey
    1/4 cup scallions or green onions, diced
    1 tsp cumin

Directions

Put bulgar in a bowl and cover with bowling water. Let soak 15 minutes and then drain and return to bowl. Add turkey, onions, and cumin and mix well. Form into 24 meatballs or patties. Place on a baking pan lined with foil. Bake at 425 F for 10 minutes.

Can be served as is, or with sauce, dip, or used for making sandwiches.
