    2 tbsp butter
    1 med onion sliced
    1 1/4 tsp paprika
    1 tsp garlic powder
    1/2 tsp ground pepper
    4 pork chops (5-6 oz each)
    1/3 cp sauerkraut (well-drained)
    1/3 cp sour cream


(I pound the pork chops out a bit before seasoning)


1) Melt butter in sauce pan over medium heat, saute onions, set aside.

2) Set oven to Broil, while heating sprinkle pork chops with 1 tsp of paprika, garlic powder, and pepper on both sides. Broil for 5-6 minutes on each side until done

3) In a bowl combine sauted onions with sauerkraut and sour cream. Stir in remaining paprika.

    I apoligize for this, I didn't realized I shared this recipe yet. Sometimes if I'm in a hurry I'll just do the ingredients (for nutritional info) and then add rest later without shring of course, lol. Must have accidently clicked the share.
