Ingredients

    - 4 cups uncooked whole wheat noodles
    - 1 medium sized onion
    - 2 small/medium zucchinis
    - 2 small/medium carrots
    - 1 tsp olive oil
    - 1 can tomatoes

Directions

1. chop onions and zucchinis & grate carrots
2. fry them in olive oil
3. add tomatoes
4. season with spices of your choice (I like oregano, pepper, basil, salt)

5. prepare noodles according to instructions on package.
