Number of Servings: 20

Ingredients

    1 cup Quick oats,
    0.5 cup flour, set aside 5 cups of flour for later use
    1/2 cup sugar,
    1 T salt,
    2 T Margarine,
    2 cups boiling water
    1 package yeast mixed with 1/2 cup water

Directions

Mix dry ingredients
Pour dry ingredients over 2c Boiling water-stir
Dissolve 1 pkg dry yeast in 1/2 cup warm water
stir in 5 additional cups of flour
knead 5-10 minutes
let stand until double
punch down and rise again
Bake 20 minutes
