Number of Servings: 4


    1 boneless, skinless chicken breast
    1 medium onion
    1 package Flav-R-Pac Vegetable Stir Fry (or 3.75 cups any frozen stir-fry veggies)
    1 7.5 oz can cut baby corn
    1 package S&B Golden Curry Sauce Mix
    2 cups Kraft Minute Brown Rice
    1 tbsp Olive Oil
    2.25 cups water


Heat olive oil in a large wok over medium heat. Dice onion and cut chicken breast into bite sized pieces. Stir fry onion and chicken in hot oil until onion is soft and chicken is no longer pink. Add frozen veggies, baby corn, and water. Stir well to combine. Turn to high heat and bring to a boil. Reduce heat, cover, and simmer about 10 minutes. Meanwhile cook rice as directed on package. Break S&B Curry Sauce Mix into pieces. Mix curry sauce into chicken mixture until fully combined. Simmer over low heat, stirring often, for 5 minutes or until sauce thickens. Spoon rice into bowls and top with curry.
