    2 lbs frozen Swai
    1 1/2 tsp sea salt
    1 1/2 tsp garlic powder
    1 cup all purpose flour
    1 cup vegetable oil


Thaw fish, rinse. Dip in flour. Deep fry for 8 min (4 minutes per side, per fillet). Sprinkle with salt and garlic powder on both sides of each fillet.
