    Cream of Mushroom Soup, 1 can (10.75 oz)
    Milk, 1%, 0.5 cup
    Parmesan Cheese, grated, 0.5 cup
    White Wine, 0.25 cup
    Boneless Skinless Tenderloins (chicken breast), 2 cups cooked, cubed
    diced tomatoes with green chilies, 1 can
    Salsa, 0.75 cup
    taco seasoning, 1 pkg
    mushrooms, 1 can (4 oz)
    Instant Rice, 8 servings
    kroger mexican style cheese, 1 cup


combine first four ingredients in medieum bowl; set aside.
In large sauce pan combine remaining ingredientsexcept rice and cheese. Heat through and simmer 10-15 minutes. add soup mixture return to simmer; simmer for addional 20 minutes.

serve : Rice topped with cheese with sauce on top. YUM
