    1 box barilla plus rotini
    2 cans tuna in water (drained)
    1 container light sour cream
    1/2 cup nonfat milk
    1 can mushrooms stems and pieces (drained)
    1 Tbsp unsalted butter
    1/4 cup plain bread crumbs
    1/4 reduced fat parmesan cheese
    garlic powder, salt and pepper to taste


Makes 7 servings

Cook pasta until al dente and preheat oven to 350 degrees.

In a bowl mix together cooked pasta, tuna, sour cream, milk, mushrooms, and seasoning. In a small bowl melt butter and mix in bread crumbs and parmesan.

Spray a casserole dish with Pam and fill with mixture. Sprinkle bread crumb mixture over the top to create a crust. Bake for 30-40 minutes.
